If you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in any original packaging.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns requested without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Once we have received your item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a credit within a certain amount of days, dependent on your card issuer.
If your item is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible after you have received it.
You will be responsible for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
